VEHICLIX DRIVER PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Vehiclix ("Company") and the Driver ("Driver") for participation in vehicle advertising services.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Advertising Materials refers to vinyl stickers or wraps provided by the Company
  • Campaign refers to the advertising period agreed upon
  • Vehicle refers to the Driver's personal vehicle used for advertising
  • App refers to the Vehiclix mobile application

2. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Less than 10 years old from first registration date
  • Maintained in clean and presentable condition
  • Free from significant cosmetic damage and visible rust
  • All body panels intact and matching colors
  • Valid MOT certificate
  • Full service history (preferred but not mandatory)

3. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid UK driving license
  • Current vehicle insurance
  • Regular vehicle use in the Glasgow area
  • Minimum daily usage of either 12 miles per day OR 2 hours per day

4. COMPENSATION AND TERM

  • £100 monthly payment subject to verification requirements
  • Minimum campaign term of 6 months from installation date
  • Payments processed after monthly verification requirements are met

5. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Monthly photographs of vehicle showing advertising on each side
  • Monthly photograph of current vehicle mileage
  • Submission through Company app or website
  • Verification must be completed within designated monthly window

6. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

  • Driver will install advertising materials following Company instructions
  • Submit installation verification photos
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Report any damage to advertising materials immediately
  • Company will provide materials and installation instructions
  • Company will replace damaged materials (if damage is not due to Driver negligence)

7. LOCATION TRACKING

  • Install the Company's mobile application
  • Maintain location services enabled
  • Allow background location tracking at 10-minute intervals
  • Keep the app installed for the duration of the Campaign
  • Location data used for impression estimates and performance analysis

8. EXCLUSIVITY

  • No display of advertising from other companies
  • No vehicle advertising agreements with other providers
  • No modifications or covering of Company's advertising materials

9. TERMINATION

  • Driver may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Must maintain advertising materials during notice period
  • Must complete all verification requirements during notice period
  • Company may terminate immediately if requirements are not met

10. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

  • Driver responsible for maintaining appropriate vehicle insurance
  • Driver must confirm insurance compliance with their provider
  • Driver responsible for any insurance-related issues
  • Company not responsible for insurance coverage or requirements
  • Company not responsible for vehicle damage during installation or removal

11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

  • Driver acknowledges independent contractor status
  • Driver responsible for all vehicle-related expenses
  • Driver responsible for tax obligations
  • Driver must comply with local regulations

12. MODIFICATIONS

  • Company reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days notice

By proceeding with the driver application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
