By accessing and using Vehiclix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. For Drivers

As a driver on the Platform, you agree to:

• Possess a valid driving license and vehicle insurance
• Install advertising stickers as per campaign requirements
• Submit truthful monthly proof of driving activity
• Meet minimum daily mileage and trip requirements
• Maintain stickers in good condition throughout the campaign
• Not damage, modify, or remove stickers without authorization

4. For Advertisers

As an advertiser, you agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign information and materials
• Ensure advertising content complies with UK advertising standards
• Pay for campaigns as agreed
• Review driver applications and proofs in a timely manner
• Not discriminate against drivers unlawfully

5. Payments

Payment terms:

• Driver payments are processed after proof approval
• Payments are made on the 15th of the following month
• Advertiser payments are due upon campaign creation
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• All fees and refund policies are disclosed before payment

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Vehiclix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vehiclix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of active campaigns.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
